Return and Exchange Policy for Relaxo

Introduction

At Relaxo, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with the product you have received, our Return and Exchange Policy outlines the process and conditions for returning or exchanging an item.

Return Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns: You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
  2. Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team 
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchange Policy

  1. Eligibility for Exchanges: Items that are defective or damaged upon arrival may be eligible for an exchange.
  2. Exchange Process:
    • Contact our customer service team within 14 of receiving the product to initiate an exchange.
    • Provide proof of the defect or damage, such as photographs.
    • Once we confirm the defect or damage, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

Conditions

  1. Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  2. Restocking Fee: Depending on the condition of the returned item, a restocking fee may be applied.
  3. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may be exempt from being returned. Please check our website for a list of non-returnable items.

Late or Missing Refunds

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
